Is the printing face of the card dirty?
Use a clean card.
Is the surrounding temperature or card surface temperature too low?
Use the printer when the surrounding temperature is sufficiently high.
Is the retransfer speed setting value too high?
Set to a value that is smaller than the standard value, +2 (i.e., between +1 and -3).
Is the temperature of the retransfer heating roller too low?
Set to a value that is larger than the standard value, +1 (i.e., +2).
